STUDIO HOURS: 10AM - 7PM

Your appointment starts and ends strictly at the scheduled time. All setup and breakdown must take place within the booked timeframe. Early entry and late exit are NOT permitted. If you need more than your scheduled time for set up and break down time, please make sure to add on the additional 30 mins upon booking!

24 hours prior to your session you will receive more details BY EMAIL AND TEXT (including the door code) to access the studio! Be sure you enter ALL your contact information correctly. ALL renters will be given a code to access the studio.

ALL WHITE FLOOR + CURVED WALL POLICY:

The white infinity cyc wall is a specialty feature of the studio and IF USED, must be used with care.

Shoes must be clean prior to stepping onto the white floor. No dragging furniture, props, or equipment across the cyc wall floor surface. Any dents, holes, or damage—especially within the curved wall transition area—can result in a up to $500 repair fee, which will be charged to the card on file if necessary. Client agrees to leave the all white floor + cyc wall in excellent condition. Client MUST contact management ASAP if damage is made to cyc wall or if you enter into the studio and it's messed up. Cameras are monitoring the studio. If you chose to use our white floor + wall you ARE responsible for cleaning it off before leaving. Failure to do so, and leaving it dirty can result in a $25 cleaning fee!

PET POLICY:

- A $70 pet fee PER PET is required for any animal brought into the space.

- This fee only covers bringing the pet(s) into the studio and does NOT cover any damage.

- If any pet causes ANY damage, renter agrees to pay the full replacement or repair cost for the item(s) affected.

- All pets brought into the studio must be hypoallergenic and 60 lbs or under.

CAKE SMASH POLICY

Renter understands and agrees that for any cake smash sessions, only a vanilla or white cake with white icing is permitted, and failure to comply may result in cleaning or damage fees.

For scheduling consistency, automated audible reminders may be announced within the studio when 10 and 5 minutes remain in a booked session. These reminders are automated and apply to all renters.
